Sort addons by time or date added or enabled
Hello guys. I would like to propose a feature where you can sort the addons by date and time added or modified.
I guess the term modified will include the data when the addon has been enabled or disabled.

In a single Blender session or across multiple sessions?
* @Jason van Gumster * I haven't thought of that one. Maybe across multiple sessions but what I am very interested about is similar to when you have downloaded an item and you can see the latest download at the top.
Sometimes it is nice to see a line of addons that you currently have. Reviewing them in the preference settings will become easier because you don't have to survey through all the list just to manage the addons you currently are using. Even just creating an active addon list would be a good alternative as far as I can think of in my opinion.
