Stabilize UV Editing When It Comes To Thousands Of Objects
I am using Ivy Gen (pure headache) and you know how it is you get thousands of leaves on the thing it stacks them on top of one another in UVs etc. Well I go to UVs and the whole damn thing freezes, even my computer freezes. You may say well you crap is too weak but I was watching my task manager cpu was at 7 percent, memory 30, and GPU 0.
My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 9 3950x 16 core. GPU Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. So it has some juice in it and again as I said about the task manager.
Anyways something needs to be done to the UV editor if not the whole thing because it cannot handle Ivy Gen very well and in the past, other thousands of objects as well especially UV map. I know this is a vague suggestion but you guys should have some idea of what to do. I have crashed Blender far too often in the past few days because of Blenders Limitations and sometimes I will admit windows 10 limitations because apparently sometimes Blender freezing equals explorer being frozen. I know this because when I go to force Blender to exit you know end task little window popping up it asks me if I want to end explorer which actually sometimes helps.
Yeah, this whole thing has been a disaster and Blender is too restrictive when it comes to some stuff memory-wise. I could accept the freezing, crashing, etc if it actually ate everything to do with my computer up. I have dealt with that probably hundreds of times with other software.
Sorry for the rambly nature my brain is tired, and I need food. Sorry for the vagueness and maybe error reporting to a degree this is but I dunno how else to put it. Make it work betterer lol. Apologies if I came off sounding like a condescending prick spoil brat wanting the things that he deserves. I really just have a headache and I know Blender can do better.
