Learning tab in the splash screen.

As the title said, now that the blender fundamentals could be updated for the next versions, I would like to propose a learning tab just like Unity or Unreal in the splash screen.

It could be good for new users to have that as links inside blender, and also a great way to promote the youtube chanel or the blender cloud.

I'd like to see a live info panel which describes what the currently selected node, or hovered over area does and how it's used. Perhaps with short animated graphics (like in 3ds max).

The biggest difficulty is that content needs to be produced. I recommend joining the bf-docboard team and help contribute to updating the Blender manual

@Jason van Gumster: Yes, I had heard, I think that it was last monday in the Blender today podcast that make Pablo Vazquez, that they are working on update the blender fundamental videos for the next releases and they want to make some more advanced for the blender cloud, and I think that, if they put the fundamentals on youtube or inside the blender cloud, that could be good for new users to have that as links inside blender, just like Unity or Unreal, that's why I propose that, ofc it can be used also to link to the manual or the demo files.
