Move toggle properties from header submenus to sidebar

Case

In the Header submenus we have a bunch of toggle items. First of all you need to open a menu then toggle it. Unlike the 3D View, there is a Properties Sidebar which has visual toggles and other systems to toggle and control certain aspects. The UI philosophy to have toggles both in headers and sidebars is.. inconsistent and hard to know what really is an operator and what is a toggle. You'd think headers be exclusive to operators and sidebars to toggles/controls.

Task

Move header tickbox toggles to sidebars in all views.

Bforartists 1.0.0 suggestion: alt text

Arguement Admitedly, I have been spoilt by the Blender fork Bforartists, of which they have already done these changes. I have used this fork nearly a year now and personally, I've relaxed, become more productive, learnt faster, and no longer touch Blender - I have even moved the studio team to the fork, only maintaining the Blender hotkeys sometimes for particular artists. It's just.. better organized, minimalized, and I can't wait to see what they do with 2.8 once a formal version is released. Overall I'm happy to see the progress of 2.8 UI. Certainly saves on a lot of work to fork. So.. my suggestion might be biased.

With 2.8, I have seen some good progress with the organization of the UI. Some good, some not so good - but with that said, here is a suggestion I haven't seen any progress move to and I hope it happens.
