When object slected and a parent is closed, parent should be highligthed

My proposal is that regarding the UI/UX/Usability of the Outliner:
Problem:
- In Outliner, it's hard to find the object selected in the view-port.
Scenario:
- Lot of objects
- Huge Complex scene
- Many collections.
- Nested collections
- The object is nested in closed collection or any other parent entity
Proposal:
- always the last visible parent/container element should be highlighted instead of the icon
- highlight: could be the same as the visible elements (in outliner) highlighted on selection. Or ti could be different, though in this case in should be editable in the theme settings.
Workaround (though it has nothing to do with the visual consistency/ui/ux/usability of the interface): Frame selection works in outliner, though when u wanna reorganize the collections or u are just planning the organisation, and the point is not to find the nested-hidden object I think this should be the proper way how the outliner works. Or u just wanna take a glimps on the outliner that where it is located atm. And for the sake of the consistency/UI/UX/Usability.

I would rather have separate column like collection manager does
it takes up a little of horizontal space, but imho its clearer and would allow moving objects to multiple collections in outliner
