Tools Combined (Knife + Bisect + Snap Utilities Line
I think that these 3 tools have to be combined together
Look so similar only with some different functions.
1 Snap Line
Bisect is similar to Knife , there may be a tool called "Knife Master" for instance.
Knife Master: Has a bisect tool with CTRL for example, and works similar to the knife but with Shift + Ctrl use the Snap Line attributes (Parallel etc) 1

Agree with bisect and knife. Not sure about Snap Utilities line tho.
