Adding "Orbit around selection" to hotkey or quick favorites

I tend to turn this on and off frequently depending on the size of the model I'm working on. I've heard other people doing this too, and I would love if I could toggle this on and off without having to open the settings menu all the time.

If any good python coder could add this as an addon maybe? The command seems to be "PreferencesInput.use_rotate_around_active".
