Add something along these lines :

Is the FAQ gone ?
@Caetano Veyssières: It is. Not sure how or when to bring it back. But I agree, there should be something .
@Jason van Gumster: The FAQ could be made in the same manner that the announcement for blender.community was made : a post which is linked in the home page.
This is probably a good thing to add. There's a small "Markdown Cheatsheet" link near the text entry box for comments and for idea submission, but perhaps that's not as big and bold as it could be.
