File browser should accept full paths in file input
The file browser used to load and save files has its file path split up into 2 parts. The top of the window has a section for the folder and the bottom has a section for the filename.
To be standard with other window applications it should be possible to do everything with the bottom "file" input.
E.g type/paste a directory (C:\Assets\House) in and open that folder or type/paste a full filepath (C:\Assets\House\Door.blend) in and save to that file

It does it in the folder section
* @Paul Kotelevets * No it doesn't, I just tried to save c:\models\test\hello.blend using only the folder sections and got this "c:\models\test\hello.blend\untitled.blend"
* @Frankie Hobbins * that's weird. Tried same on linux 2.82 official, it worked as intended. Maybe sort of bug.
* @Paul Kotelevets * thanks for that Paul, I stuck on the bug tracker because of your reply developer.blender.org/T75376
