Expose Sun Beam Parameters

It should be possible to connect other nodes to the X, Y, and ray length values of a sun beams node. This would enable an artist to track the position of a light source in a video and then use that track to drive the sun beams. Also useful would be the ability to link an object's position in the camera view to the beams.
