Autofill folder paths in file browser

Windows versions after version 7 have had this useful feature where you can start typing your file path and windows gives you a list of possible paths and autocompletes the folder names for you as youtype. I'd like blender to have this as well.

To demonstrate this feature simply start writing in your web browser address bar "blender" and notice in most cases it gives you the blender.community address as the autocompleted one while also giving you a drop down list of other sites. This suggestion is basically the same thing but for for folders, like windows file browser for example.

Added image. In first example you have types d:\p and you get a possible matches with a folder called projects. In second example you have that folder typed or selected and after you write \ you get a list of sub folders. So you can click or press enter and go to those folders without having to write the whole addresses from memory.
