Object-by-Object wireframe colors
It appears that wireframe representation of Objects are tied to the theme.
WEAK! It would be better if wireframe colors conformed to the colors specified by the user in Viewport display fields in the Object tab. This is especially true if the user has specified "wireframe only" display mode. The theme color could be the default if the user chooses not to specify a color for a specific object.

* @Andres Stephens - Trinumedia * yes, wire colors outside wireframe shading would be helpful (but what require better design that "pliss wire colors"), this proposal specifically said colors in "wireframe only" display mode
same as 3ds max, also used in render pass "Wire color"
