Please include more relevant text in your proposal. Lorem ipsum filler doesn't add anything and text in images is not searchable.

Maybe problem 1 can be solved by bringing back some sort of handle for window pulling as it was at 2.7.
Problem 2 could be solved if one could scroll one row deeper than there are items, so the scroll bar would hover over a blanc row. Similarly this should be applied to the vertical bar, obviously.

Yea..although the interface looks cleaner without the handler, I still would like to have a reworked version of it back..Also there is currently no indication for new users that you can perform this kind of action by dragging from the corner..
