LISTS: optionally restrict lists to current SCENE

Currently LISTS in various places (Node OBJECT: lists, for example) show EVERY item in the entire blend file. While that may be occasionally convenient, various filters would make it lots more convenient.

As a starter, I suggest/propose a filter checkbox to limit the lists to the items in the current SCENE.

Other filters could include prefixes and wildcards. Anything to reduce the clutter.
