Rotate new object by 3D cursor
Hi. It's a very simple idea. Add radio button rotate by cursor in a new object create menu. Second add radio button rotate by cursor in a menu when aligning the object with along cursor.

This seems to be a duplicate of this: Link
And this: Link
* @ammusionist * Good catch. Updated.
* @Jason van Gumster * :-) Wasn't that hard - One of those other links was mine!
Message deleted for big bullshit.
* @valentinwn * This is not the same as what I suggest. In general, need more use a rotation function at the 3D cursor, today it is almost not used.
Oh shit ! I apologize. I did not understand. At the same time I am French I never understand anything. Affectively, it would be good to align new objects such as code practice in edit mode. Moreover, in edit mode it is impossible to cancel this behavior. A small standardization of behavior is to apply here. So this is a duplication of this proposal: blender.community/c/rightclickselect/zKcbbc/
* @valentinwn * Never mind. My Russian-English is limping too. Yes I seen this proposal it's an absolutely same. Except for alignment
This is what it produces with all our proposals:
"Local" only available in edit mode.
Humorously, this used to be the default behavior of Blender up until 2.5 (rotation was based on view and not the 3D Cursor, but conceptually it's the same basic idea).
