Select Next Active and Previous Active Keyframes in the Dopesheet (i.e. every Nth keyframe)

Basically a request to add the same behaviour as "select next active" or "select previous active" modelling operations, to the Dopesheet and other keyframe editing contexts. In other words pattern based selection for keyframes .

This would be really useful for selecting every other keyframe, every fourth keyframe, the last keyframe of several blocks of recurring keyframes etc.

A must have timesaver for animators I think and I'd imagine not too difficult to do with some simple Python scripting?

What are people's thoughts?
