Collection Instances should show Dimensions in sidebar like regular objects.

Basically "Empty" type objects need to be just a little smarter and be capable of informing you of the size of the object they are instancing like you can see for regular objects.

Also that Dimensions field needs to be in the Object Properties tab and the term Empty should be changed to ANYTHING ELSE that makes more sense, like Locator.
