Allow OpenEXR Multilayer layer selection on VSE image strips

It'd be great (and I thought I could!) load OpenEXR Multilayer image sequences on the VSE editor and choose which layer to use -- like one can on the Image Editors.

Currently, OpenEXR Multilayer files are "pseudo supported", they load onto the editor but the frame is either black or transparent.
