Unthemeable colors
Hey, if you're a tweaker/theme maker and find "fixed" colours you would like to be able to theme, let me know.. I'll create a patch and submit it for approval!

I’ve given up.. proposal for a former theme addition to be able to change cursor color and width are denied.. reason: there are already enough themeable options.. they want to keep it fixed.. although prepared to change its color to something more contrasty.. I’m totally flabbergasted.. like luis bordallo says.. there are plenty unused in there, but ONE extra useful addition is too much.. I know that open source gives me no rights to complain or whatnot whatsoever, but these arguments make no sense at all...
This isn't a proposal. This kind of post would be better off on the developer forum or on BlenderArtists.org

The theme section needs a complete overhaul. There are tons of options that don't do anything like they are repeated all over the place and lots of elements are shared across sections so its hard to come up with something as good as you would like it to be.
It would be great if outlines had alpha so we can turn them off by setting it to 0
