Edit scenes in the VSE by pressing the TAB button

Right now it's so daunting to choose the correct scene, then switch back to the default layout, edit it and do all the above in the opposite direction to get back in the VSE.

What I propose:

1. Select the scene on VSE timeline
2. Hit the Tab button
3. The desired scene opening with the last selected layout
4. On the top of the screen we hit the "Back to VSE" button
5. We return to VSE

Here is a GitHub script that I have found recently which is doing the same but I believe that this kind of feature should be in Blender. github.com/snuq/VSESwitchToScene
