Disable Edgeloop/vertex slide snapping by default
I don't understand why was it changed in latest versions. Previously, when you had auto-snapping turned on, whenever you perform edge loop slide or vertex slide, Blender would temporarily turn snapping off during operation. Think about it, you usually use edge or vertex sliding when you want to fine tune the current position of them. With auto-snapping still turned on, the edge loop or vertex starts to jump all around, forcing you to hold Ctrl every time. It's especially frustrating when you do retopology: you really wanna snapping be turned on most of the time, but whenever you slide things around, it creates a total mess. It forces you to be aware about the cursor position, so you can do operation smoothly or, once again, forces you to hold Ctrl again and again
