Wireframe Pass
I'm not sure if such a thing exist, or if it should even be called a pass. Currently if want to render wireframe, one needs to set it up seperately just for it. So i thought it would be great if just add it as a seperate pass.

In the 2.83 Beta and 2.90 Alpha you are be able to get the Freestyle edges as a seperate pass. If you activate Freestyle you can then check 'As Render Pass' in the View Layer Properties panel.{attachment Freestyle_Passjpg} I hope this is along the lines of what you're looking for.

Yeah I know, but free style is slow, and I need to set it up, mark all the edges, and also play with freestyle setting, and then I have to composite it.
Which I think it's alot of work, and if im not wrong, It cant really display the subdivision surface's object's wireframe.
So having a built in turn on or off wireframe pass would be really amazing.
Right now my prefered way is to just viewport render in wiereframe mode with xray off, which works quite well, but I still need to do quite alot of set up and change my overlay setting, which, not too much of a big deal but still quite handful of stuff. also, the wireframe doesnt look very smooth.
