Fcurve resample and smooth

The feature would act like the resampler from geo nodes, and it would have a smooth slider. its because I'm having issues to make keyframes transitions from keyframe A to keyframe B, with the actual transition occuring right before the B frame. If we have a resampler, we can use constant interpolation and have a bezier ease in and out before the next frame, so we dont have to place a keyframe right before every time.
