Change value by % - precent
Imagine that you can change position, eg.z, y, z for vert by % - precent, eg. 25%, 50%. Right now when trying combine something in inputs have error:

Soo.. the idea is for inputs, and when operating (left upper universal input - still missing solution like Rhino)

Well you can multiply its current location by 0.25 or 0.5.
Right..
This not working for edit verts (edit mode), right ?
50% is just the same as 0.5. So if you want 50% you actually want to multiply by 0.5
