Duplicate Strip Highlight Notification

Reusing the same sound, movie, or image strip is often necessary when editing videos, but a lot of time it's done by mistake, and a simple manner of highlighting duplicate strips would be appreciated. Making any duplicate sample strips a distinct color would be an easy way of notifying users without requiring a click confirmation or a popup box. If it's by mistake, they can find the other strip and decide where it should be placed.
