Universal Preset manager

Sometimes we need to tweak values repeatedly and it becomes a labour work everytime. There should be an addon which make presets of anything whether it is:

Object creation (Cube of specic size), Modifers (Screw values), Auto-smooth setting, Render settings, Scene management etc or any thing in blender just like assign shortcut appears everywhere.
