One-pixel width for texture painting... Again

Texture painting in 2.81 even with 1pix size, 100% strenght and constant falloff makes 2 pix width strokes. Really bad for pixel art textures, or just for any lowres stuff. Here is example of 64x64 textures in 2.81 vs 2.80, same brush settings.
