parameters in scene time nodes

currently we need to use a multiply node to controll the speed in scene time node.

This methode can make the process harder, plus it does give accure result, if not done carefully.

if speed prameter, it could controll the speed. if there is no.of frames parameter , we can set the no.of frame

i don't how this changes workflow, but i think this is a useful feature
