User defaults - change anything to become default!

Any option, any tick box, any order of movable sections should be able to be registered as a default!

Blender is not easily coaxed into remembering different things as defaults. Move sections, tick boxes here and there, set sizes of things to your liking as you work. Next time you start Blender, everything is back to square one.

Imagine if the user could right click anything and choose: "Make Default!"

From now on when you open Blender and create that box it'll be 0,1 meters. From now on when you export it remembers its "export selected" and not everything. From now on "Camera to view" is on by default. From now on 3D cursor orientation is set to "None".

Maybe instead of "Make Default" it could be "Save as Preferred" and if a Preferred option is saved it uses that over the default, and then the option for reset to Default could remain and another option for Reset to Preferred could also be added giving the best of both worlds.

This would also eliminate the frustration of needing to do a Factory Reset to re-obtain Factory Defaults. Additionally This would also mean you could have the Preffered Defaults save with your blender preferences or startup file allowing them to be carried over during updates or moved to different workstations in a studio setting where employees might need to swap workstations.

this would be great. right now you have to make a dedicated file and save it as your startup file. you have to set time aside to change one little default thing
