Shortcut for "Save Copy"
I tend to use the "Save Copy" function quite a lot in many different programs, and I am quite surprised that you can't even make a shortcut for it in Blender.

Right-click -> Assign Shortcut
To do it manually simply search for save, there turn on "Save Copy" in the options.
