Properly handle OpenEXR with different displayWindow and dataWindow

Sometimes you get an exr sequence which has those properties of different values. This leads to a variable resolution of each frame if the composition changes, hence you won't be able to composite this sequence. Dedicated compositing software handle it correctly (Nuke, Natron). Here's an example in Blender and in Nuke (how it should be). The original resolution is 2048x858. I've made a bug report on this which is a "known issue" now developer.blender.org/T98608 . In case someone else stumbles upon this.
