Improve the Numpad Emulator!
The current Numpad Emulator needs improvement, as it compromises a bunch of functionality of the original keyboard layout.
e.g.: changing between vertex, edge and face selection in edit mode, as well as hiding collections in object mode is not possible with the current Numpad Emulator.
My easy Solution: Change between Numpad Emulator and regular functionality using the Option Key.
So, for example, option + 3 will enter the corresponding orthographic view.

Using alt + numeric keys to change collections is definitely missing.
if you use the pie menus then you almost don't need the numpad keys. A few things are missing from the pie menu and I think it still doesn't work for some non english keyboards
