Boolean mesh with geometrical curves
Hi , being able to select a geometrical curve ( and not converting it to a mesh ) for boolean operation , will be super helpful to create parametric panel doors for interior designs.

This is the entire point of bevel profiles- using a boolean for this is a perfect example of using the wrong tool for the job.

very thanks for your help, but it needs to be a curve because some times it'll not work even if i use curve modifier in array combination and using a bevel modifier will not work in some cases like this pin.it/7jtTKMG
If I have calculated a complicated profile using Geometry Nodes, I don't want to collapse the curve just to apply it as a boolean against another mesh.
Just because someone posts a use case that you think doesn't apply well, there are a bunch of other use cases that can't be done well with the one solution you mention.
Take a look at the date this proposal was made- January of this year. Curves had only just been added to geometry nodes, was only available in nightly builds, and still had only the most basic functionality. While it might be fun to necro old posts with the benefit of hindsight, it's not super productive.
