'Next frame' at last frame, should go back to start frame.

Add the option to [Loop active timeline] on 'Next Frame' click.

Clicking 'Next frame' should loop into the current active framing. ex: 0 - 30, if you are at frame 30, clicking 'Next Frame' should move the cursor back to 0 instead of going to 31, out of the active timeline framing.

When working on a loop animation, scrolling through the timeline having to manualy click back on 0 everytime is tedious.

The way it works now you have the Jump to first frame button, that does what you ask for always, and you have the Next Frame button that goes always forward 1 frame.

But when you change the Next Frame button to go 1 frame forward except when I am at the end of my timeline framing, you are reducing the features Blender has in this specific constellation. Now you have 2 buttons that do the same, one that always should and really do that, the Jump to first frame button, and one that sometimes does that but only in specific scenarios, your proposed Next Frame functionality

Totaly agree with you and that's exactly why we need this option. We currently need 2 buttons to scroll an animation loop, wich is a very repetitive task, when we can be using only 1 by having this option enabled.

As an animator I more often need to loop back to first frame when I reach the end of range, and if I can do that just with my fingers spamming the < > frames buttons as I scroll, that's perfect. I can focus on reviewing my animation this way, instead of constantly being pulled away by the need to change buttons.

But then you would loose the other function that you can go out of your frame range with the Next Frame button and I need that function

@LalaGhost I see your issue with that. I like to have Jump to Keyframe go back to the first keyframe instead of telling me there are no more keyframes in that direction. I think it makes sense to have the proposed change as an option, but I don't know where that option box would be.

Having this as an option is definitely a good idea

But where do you put that so that the user knows that this exist? Maybe a checkbox called Wrap next to the buttons to go through the timeline?

It is often called Wrap in the CTRL + F search functions in many programs

Thanks, trying it right now. Seems like i still have to double press 'Enter' everytime i need to go back to frame 0, so it's not doing what i'm explaining, or i simply don't understand how to use it.

Also, it seems like i can't open it using 'industry compatible keymap', i need to be in Blender mode and i don't see where in keymap input i can change the addon hotkeys options.
