Viewport display tab: combine in columns priority (wireframe+edges especially!)

Another tiny tweak for QoL. You can see on the screenshots why composing in rows is worse: elements, that was close, become very far after streching and divided with animation dots. So I can`t switch on wireframe and all edges in one simple drag.

With location tab (for example) it works well, because XYZ combined in one block. I think, this two option should bond somehow, to stay in one column as long as it possible.

So options should stick to columns, and Wireframe + All edges should stick somehow.
