Ctrl+Scroll to change T-Panel options

Just like anywhere in blender we just hover over any dropdown menu and with Ctrl+Scroll to change the options. why not implement same thing for T-Panel items like select Box (tweak, circle, lasso), Scale (Scale, Scale cage). In edit mode options like (Loop cut, offset edge loop cut), Spin(Spin, Spin Duplicates), Extrude(Extrude, extrude manifold, extrude individual).
