Grayscale toggle for render viewport

Would be nice to have an easy way to set my render viewport to grayscale.

It's extremely useful when preparing a scene to check the values of the shot without having to change all the materials and light to black and white.

Haven't found an easy way to do this so far. Please help!

Where in Blender's interface would you suggest adding this toggle? Would it be a view type or an overlay perhaps?

* @Jason van Gumster * Maybe it could be an option under Color Management. Or a preset.

* @Josephbburg * Putting it under color management seems to make sense to me.

* @Jason van Gumster * Yes color management why not. Or maybe even better and more accessible like in the shading option of the viewport imgur.com/gsq25l0
