3D Cursor tool in Grease Pencil Draw mode.
I think we should have a 3D cursor in the draw mode because the strokes appear at cursor space, so it would be nice to not have to change to an other mode, but just change tool to move the cursor around.

honestly, i think the edit,draw and sculpt modes should be somehow be merged together. right now it feels all over the place.

Yes, this should be a stable. When you draw in 3D, you need to place it somewhere, having the quick tool for the cursor would be nice.
