Use Steam cloud saves for settings

Just switched to a new computer and now I have to setup Blender again as I prefer it. As I use Blender's Steam version it would be great if the settings would be synchronized using Steam's cloud save system.

There is the "Steam-Auto-Cloud" feature that allows for selecting a particular folder that will be synchronized with the cloud automatically. This does neither require an integration of the Steam API nor any line of code, it is just a Steam backend configuration.
