Adjustable average sample size for the color picker

The Color Picker could benefit from a feature commonly found in photo editing softwares: an option to adjust the sample size.

This option would be made accessible once the eyedropper icon is shown, with a right click on the viewport.

EDIT: here is a new mock-up with the average sample size being chosen by dragging the cursor on the viewport (the radius of the circle representing the sample size):
