Helper tooltips layout - let's put important info first

Hi Everyone,

Here is a small thing that bothers me: hovering some of the UI elements (.e.g the icons of editor types or the buttons in the header of the Properties Window) the tooltip currently says e.g.:

Type of active data to display and edit: Render Render

I think that it would be better to change the vertical position of the 2 rows or somehow put Render at the beginning of the text. The eye now automatically scans the long text of "Type of active data to display and edit" before getting to the real point of interest which is the type of the section: Render in this case.
