Convert 'Outline Stroke' into 'Joined Fill' Operator

I just thought it could be cool if there was a operator that cleanly turned a 'Outline stroke' into a 'Joined Fill.'

A outline stroke is already a fill, And when you cut points into a fill it automatically becomes a joined fill the only issue is joining those loose points together.

In the stroke menu there is a option to join fills and since 5.1 , if you delete points inside a fill it naturally ( becomes/ is ) a joined fill. When you use the Outline operator it makes strokes into fills. So it could be cool if there was a operator that makes those Outline strokes Into a clean Joined Fill.

There is no clean way to do it. The way i did it there was the most clean result i'm gotten. which still requires me to fix that hole.

it doesn't make a clean joined fill with Cyclic either.
