just move the liquid cache above all the bake settings for mantaflow

I am getting used to mantaflow and like playing around with it, but I found it is just unintuitive to set or see the cache directory and the few settings at the end after all the bake options.

I saved a project under a different file name as a version to try different things with the liquid sim and it didn't work out and I went back to the previous version of the project ... I though. But as I just went through the bake settings and hit bake with new obstacles and values in the new version I just overwrote the old cache and both projects had the same cache of course. This is very confusing to figure out when the cache is so far down. After finding out what happend I figured why it happened and it is exactly that order, this is no bug but flawed gui design. The cache and the settings should always be flashing by close to the start as a short reminder when you scroll through the mantaflow baking. And the funny thing is, while checking the old project version for errors and thinking about if it is worth it to post this here I almost hit bake on it again without changing cache name again because of the order, though the now old project version is something I probably don't come back to, I'd still like to have it intact as I thought the same of the previous old project version.
