Menu should stay open even if no submenu is selected
At the moment often enauph in the case that no submenu is selected the top menu closes and the user has to hover over and open it again. My suggestion is to let stay it open until a click.

I agree and disagree at the same time: indeed, it's annoying if the menu closes when you wanted to select something but misplaced the cursor for a ns or so. But i'd rather not have to click to close.
Thus i propose: a) a delay in exit detection b) invisible extended boundary to reduce sensitivity of the auto close
I think there are many possibilities to let the menu stay open. But if you open a menu and you want to choose something from a menu, you may want to click. ^^
If you don´t want to click the menu, click somewhere else and the menu closes is also possible, I am not Developer!
I agree that
