Render Output in Preferences should be reflected in the Render Output Pane. [Mac]

If you set your preferences to /MyFolder/ under EditPreferences then when you go to >render >output you will see that it's set to "/tmp".

This is a very unusual and unfriendly default path for Mac users, and it also doesn't honour the EditPreferences setting.

I posted this as a bug to the official forum [ projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/133951 ] but it wasn't categorised as a bug, rather feedback. Hence here.
