Hot Topic: Lock Camera To View icon
This used to be available right in the viewport, but around Version 2.9 it became hidden away in the View Menu.
I say bring it back out, but make it more discreet, like this:

Are you trolling? Because I'm running the latest 4.2.3 LTS and the 4.3 beta and it doesn't look like your image.
If you're trolling I'd ask that you respect the forum and take down your post.
You need to be in camera view to see the icon...
