[Update] Rigid Body (Physics Engine) Lib & module

Due to my several investigation to learn how we can optimize blender for giving to this beautiful boy a Real-time and modern performance, i see in the source code Blender use "Bullet Physics" and he didn't updated since 2013 ! And the version implemented in Blender are from June 2010 and is clearly outdated and no more efficient !

Now Bullet Engine works with Python ! And no more with C++, so if Blender want conserve and C++ system Physics engine you do find a replacement for this engine ! Or Switch it to Python implementation !

I'm in a project and i absolutely need a working simple rigid body (even 2d one) for less than 10k objects but good i hate only have to rely on blender, the day you realize it's just a toy, you have to learn houdini in one night...
