Preferences - Widen the Default Dialog Width

The default width of the preferences window is rather narrow, and the Keymap panel easily shows the issue with it. One must often drag the border, just to be able to see the content. So many labels are truncated.

So, suggestion is - pls make the window wider by default.

Sort of looks like the current width was from an earlier era, when people were working in 800x600 screen resolution? But of course, modern screens - much larger.
