Color Picker - Advanced Mode

The current Color Picker isn't that ideal to pick the right color. At the moment you must pick the Hue and Saturation combination in the dial then choose the Value on the slider Not only it's hard to pick the right Hue, since few pixels can mess up the color, but it's also easy to mess with the Hue while adjusting the Saturation.

In other softwares you can choose the Hue on the color Wheel, which is way more precise since the Wheel is for one parameter, then you pick the Value and Saturation in the dial

It would be ideal to be able to switch between the two modes.
