New menu fast search solution

Right now when we pressing SPACEBAR mouse cursor appearing above the selected tool menu position (See picture on the left) But what if we change it to appear always on the search position? (image on the right) That way we will live the new space menu working, but still, save fast search bar functionality. So with the old search bar, you were pressing SPACEBAR and in blender 2.8 you will need to press SPACEBAR and LEFT CLICK to start the search ( still not bad)
